How does one prove who uploaded the videos and with no faces, who is actually in the videos?
When she gets up on the witness stand and says, "that's me in the video, I remember making it, and that's him, see these identifying marks here, and there, and that's his apartment, here's a photo to prove it, and no I didn't consent to that being uploaded on the internet" what are you going to do?

If you had two neurons to rub together, what you would do is say, "yes that's true, your honour, it's all true, and here is the signed consent form authorizing me to upload it."

But it sounds like you might only have one.

My question was "How does one prove who uploaded the videos"?

If a girl let's herself be videotaped, what does she think will happen? Of course it will end up on the net. This guy is going out of his way to at least cover her face. More than most guys would do.

I don't think a jury would have too much trouble concluding that you did it.
Beyond reasonable doubt? The videos were on a hard drive that was stolen from my house. Now prove I uploaded them and not the thief. And yes, my house was broken into and there's a police report on file.

The jails are full of smug people who thought it was hard to prove their crime beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't think the jury is going to be swayed by made-up stories about a stolen hard drive.

No, I think we'll wear wrestling masks! :)

Are you sure if the police seized your computer, that they wouldn't find your terb account? Really?
Like I said, "I can't believe how paranoid you people are!" Then again, I'm not the one with the psycho ex-gf like you fuji! lol

I wonder what percentage of these videos have been published with signed consent from all participants? These pale in comparison to what we've uploaded.

Or these...

What's morally wrong with consenting adults shooting a sex video with no face shots and later sitting down to upload them together? It does make sent to ask permission to upload any further ones but as long as faces aren't exposed I doubt they'd have a problem with it. We're talking pretty open minded girls here.
I am sorry but I can't not tell you the numbers. I am not going around and looking to see. I am just point out the facts. Plenty of people run red lights. I don't know the numbers and while many don't get caught, a lot do and they pay the price. I am just telling you the facts, you do with it what you want.

You're equating running a red light with the possibility of severely injuring or even killing someone (or yourself) to uploading a video of a couple having consensual sex? That's a bit of a stretch!

I believe the other traditional costume items are dark socks with garters for the men.

Again, this may just be a difference of intelligence, or perhaps Gameboy simply doesn't have any assets worth protecting.

No I was not meaning it like that. I was not making them seem equal in anyway.

My point was merely that people do things all the time they should not do and know is wrong. Not everyone gets caught, but some do. Take any example you want, Speeding, drugs, stealing, evading taxes, parking in no parking spots, I don't know what example you would like to use.

I am just saying the facts are you need consent to tape for private use AND you need to consent to upload. You need consent twice. Do want you like, just know the facts and make your choice. You get caught, you deal with it. You don't get caught, you have nothing to worry about. You get consent, you again have nothing to worry about. Do what you like with. I just think it is better to be informed and make the choice, then the other way around.

You now know you need separate consent. That is all.

No, it's just the fact that I don't have jealous, vindictive ex-gf's.
