Other than using a cam of yourself to upload to You Tube (as in filming yourself making a statement about some topic), what vid file formats does You Tube allow on uploads?

Here is a list of some well-known formats that YouTube supports:

WebM files - Vp8 video codec and Vorbis Audio codecs
.MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files - Typically supporting h264, mpeg4 video codecs, and AAC audio codec
.AVI - Many cameras output this format - typically the video codec is MJPEG and audio is PCM

Its the fact he is not even considering their consent and once your post something online it last for ever, I have already done porn so there is no need for me to do it while working as a SP. but the backlash of those videos being out there are hard to deal with someones and follow you like a dark cloud. I guess he is not really considering the long term consequences. Yes its' a review board, but it looks like nothing stays private or respected of the womens boundaries.

You still would require consent to then place those photos or video on the web with or without a blurred face.

Thank you ctv250, at least you read post #5. For those who didn't and there's a few of you, judging by your comments, here's what I said.

For the record, all participants are of legal age and agreed to being in the videos. In fact many of the vids were taken at the request of the girls and they often lent a helping hand at shooting different angles. I'd never upload any vids that could reveal anyone's identity. I've uploaded several vids with the girls permission over the years (ones without faces) but have many more so I must first obscure our faces before I can upload them.

I will say it again. The girls were recorded with their consent. In fact they liked the thought of having pictures and videos posted on amateur sites so we uploaded them together. The girls know they have pics and vids out there but we would never upload any showing either of our faces. They trust me and I trust them not to reveal our faces as they have copies of most of the videos we've done.

I'm still in contact with the girls so if it makes you happy fuji, I'll have them sign a consent form.

Gameboy - it is not a matter of making Fuji happy. Honestly, who gives a shit about Fuji. It is about the law and you are being given helpful useful info. If you don't want to follow, that is your choice.

However, the truth is consent to film is one type, to publish you need another type of consent or it is illegal. It is also considered by most to morally wrong and therefore people will judge your character. That is the reality of life. I get paid to take photos that will be published and even I get permission before using them for my portfolios that are on and offline. It is simply the way it works.

You brought this to TERB, posting on a public forum. People will always give you opinions you don't want. You could have just asked for a recommendation on Video editing software. You decided to talk about the reason why. Whether it was for bragging purposes or not, I don't know but you opened yourself up with this information and therefore people judged you. What's morally wrong with consenting adults shooting a sex video with no face shots and later sitting down to upload them together? It does make sent to ask permission to upload any further ones but as long as faces aren't exposed I doubt they'd have a problem with it. We're talking pretty open minded girls here.

Sooner or later someone, somewhere will have second thoughts, and if they talk to a lawyer, and when they say "no I didn't sign a consent form", the lawyer's eyes are going to light up, and all your assets will be gone, not to mention you will be lucky if you escape without a criminal record.
