Just came from Tokyo. There is the Yoshiwara district you can check out with "soaplands", basically a nuru brothel. It's a bit tough as a foreigner as they dont' speak english well but there are foreigner friendly ones. Tried it and it was pretty dang fun like a slip & slide.

Tokyo is tough if you are not Japanese. Even worse if you don't speak the language. If both apply to you, and you don't have a local to help you out, then you will likely be limited to mediocre experiences with non-Japanese girls (Korean, Chinese, Russian, etc). You will really have to do your homework to break through.

There really is sex outside of Toronto, and last time I checked, c-36 made the activity somewhat illegal in Canada, too. Not sure how someone can feel comfortable seeing an escort or going to a massage parlor in Toronto, but swear off the activity elsewhere due to law enforcement concerns.

There is really only one place in Seoul that caters to outsiders and that's Hooker Hill and just a warning but it is a tourist trap that will try to overcharge you with drinks and hostess services before you even pick your lady.

I've been to both places ... Both places restrict foreign hobbying but there are still choices but very limited in Seoul and better in Tokyo, the language barrier and lack of online resources make it difficult... but you can still have a great time.
