TO The Good
Harbourfront Is Nice....

Mike:

Definately a nice Condo (something with a big tub) and IMHO, Queens Quay over Y&E. Must be the lake effect.

P.S.
I guess Lily after 2:00 PM would have been OK since I am still up.

Well, seeing as I have a very nice condo, I must say it is something I prefer and something my clients always comment on. I'm not sure what it is they are used to but usually upon entering, they always go "wow, what a great place, and so classy". Where are you guys going?? : )

Queens Quay area condo is the best IMO. It has TTC service, the area is relaxing and high class, and most of all .. I live on QQ. : )

I'll be so happy if i find some nice young (19yr - 25yr) busty girl with reasonable price ($120 1/2hr - $220 full hr).

nice condo at Queeens Quay (that would be Erica the Fox-like)....nice to have highway access....parking is important, there, though.....are you heading to incalls,Geared for customer service and absolutely no bait and switch. 100% gaurentee ?

Does Erica the Fox have a Big Hot Tub that she uses with her clients like Ela4u did? Thanks

I think what's more important is the neighborhood. You don't want to be worrying that your car is going to get broken into. For me, a clean, well-kept apartment in a nice neighborhood is just as good as a high class condo.

im going to in and out calls..
so far queens quay is in the lead..
parking is a problem in most areas, i understand about the subway aspect of things,
NEED MORE INPUT, c'mon TERB.
thanks

what is wrong with subway clientelle? some people just don't know how to drive. does that make them poor or criminals?

Yonge and Eligible is far better for TTC access. Much more frequent service and more ways to get there. Parking is plentiful, and cheaper than down on Queens Quay. It's a busy area, but nowhere near as crazy as the waterfront in the summertime.

There's also more in the area, if people are looking for ways to spend time before or after the appointment. Yonge/Eglinton Centre, with the Indigo and the HMV. Two movie theatres, plus every other address is a restaurant.

From a pure cost perspective, whether you're looking at a condo or a regular apartment, either will be cheaper at Yonge & Eglinton than down on Queens Quay.

how many incall services are at younge/eglington?
jonnyonthespot, you make some very valid points, thanks.
keep it coming

I'll bet most people here have cars. Are you calling us stupid because we make enough money to afford a vehicle?

i simply made that remark due to the insane increase in the automobile insurance industry prices. im sure you would agree that we never see reductions in our insurance bill. no discrimination intended.

paradise_escort, I know you meant no offence and none was taken. I was just giving you a hard time.

And you're right about car insurance rates.

paradise... i think you have to answer a question first... what hours are you planning to work? if you are mostly working evenings then it doesn't matter where... ppl will travel... but if you are working daytimes you might wanna be downtown so you can catch the businessmen who just stepped out to "meet a customer"... you might even think about nice condo on bay, but QQ is certainly close to downtown, and close to the highway too.

thanks well that brings about another question,
i was planning to open from 11am till 2/3/4am..opinions?
im downtown doing outcalls, so i might as well be open the same times..

You may wanna take that back. Lot of wealthy people uses subway. Parking should not be an issue actually. There is a big pay parking on QQ. I suppose if you are going to get a place in downtown, get where subway is accessble.

BTW, who are the girls? can we have bit of info on them?

One thing I am sure most ladies should also consider is that in an upscale condo, if the neighbors figure out what your condo is being used for, they'll create shit for you and your landlord and you could see yourself out of a place pretty soon. A regular appt. may be more easy to get away with.

Personally speaking as a condo owner myself, I wouldn't want one of my neighbors running an in-call. It could also tarnish the rep of the building if at some time LE was involved. Yes I have had the odd SP over for an appt. and I am pretty sure some of the fellas in my building have done the same; but at least there isnt a constant parade of strangers in and out of our building. Just giving you a condo-owners perspective....shoot me if you like.
