most filipinos in philippines speak at least some english, theyre taught the language in school, so I dont think there would be much demand for english teachers there. You can stay there for long periods of time just as a tourist. No problem getting a visa for longer stays.

My standards r higher than most thats why I travelled so far because u cant get as much beauty here as often. Cant see their bods, the girls in that pic r average. Pound for pound Philippines rivals Canada in terms of beauty. Canada has more 8/10s maybe cause they can afford but the Philippines has more than double and younger the population, and the girls r way friendlier. I resort to going there because I have no choice and life is short. I dont have the dough to get laid here enough and Canadian women dont put out outside the select third of men who r lucky enough to get some on a regular basis. If ur in that group Im happy for ya.

I know a lot of korean and japanese men go to Philippines for women so whats that say about their women. Japanese women r always willing to listen but hard to score with here. Ive had a few Korean dates here with mixed success.

Ya there r some there. I didnt realize one was in Cebu till someone told me. I could have easily asked her out and not known.


I'll add there is a kind of equality over there u dont feel like your competing for women with other guys, and there werent as many foreigners as I expected especially outside Manila. In downtown Cebu and Mindanao I felt like the only game in town.

There has been some talk about the Philippine provinces being better to meet women than the big city like Manila. I sensed maybe there's some truth to that but I cant say for sure cause I didnt travel around enough, although I met my trip girlfriend in one of the provinces. Next time Im gonna hit more provinces and see if i can get a local filipino in each to take me deeper into the streets. There were times I wanted to walk down certain streets but wasnt sure so I turned around. Its no problem travelling around by yourself there I was most of the time.

I checked out Crystal Palace one of the larger girlie bars in Angeles. I believe this is a contest where a bunch of clubs send over some of their girls to one of them. They take turns hosting. Most of those girls r for the taking.

None of the clubs were that busy when I was there but some had them lined upstairs looking down like Atlantis which was empty when I walked in around 730 or 8 maybe. I could have picked any one.

I think most hotels in Philippines r girl friendly but some will question u at the door out of concern for their and your security. Most have armed guards and it was no problem using the hotel safes. Nothing was ever stolen from my room. The hotel staff r professional; everyone says yes sir.

They get upset but get over it. They will stay in touch with u online when u get back to Canada. If you ignore them or tell them no they'll understand but they dont let go as easy as western broads. The one I met and a few others we chat on facebook, skype sometimes, but they dont have access to the internet 24/7 like we do.

If u want to have some cyber fun with semi-pros a lot of them check out dateinasia.com (free) or filipinocupid.com (costs). Its fairly easy to make contact on those sites but on facebook they seem reluctant to talk unless u r referred or have met them. Be cautious though, some will string u along for weeks till u realize they're after dollars. I wouldnt fall in love online but there r guys who set up dates online in preparation for their trip over. I just found there's plenty there and it would have been too time consuming to run around and meet them all.

Looks like Im going back sometime between November and February later this year. If anyone is interested in coming with let me know. I feel with a wingman I can dig deeper into the countryside. The goal is the ultimate gem.

I must agree with you my friend. I've sampled tons of Filipino food - the food is incredible. My favorite would be "Sinigang na Bangus " (which is a tamarind based soup with Milk fish). Sinigang with shrimp is also pretty damn good !!! Chicken Ginger soup and Pancit are also great picks..

i don't think the average girl can hold on too long for her knight in shining armour. they eventually settle down with an average dude. but i do get your point. seems like the younger women think they can be with men of a higher level just by being a woman

I will be going to Cebu next month as well. I've been there once before (last November). I found the Mango Ave strip a good location with lots of bars/nightspots clustered in the same area, check out bars like Vikings, Lonestar, Red Lips, BG's, Dimples, Papilon, etc. Another place to hang out is the terraces in Ayala Mall, lots of non-professional ladies walking around who are very friendly and waiting to be picked up.

I came to the Philippines to meet the girl of my dreams and I've succeeded with a bit of digging because my standards r so high. When you get some much attention and respect here coming back home to Canada where the attitude is rotten is going to be so hard. Guys we've been so shortchanged. I'm not talking about the adult scene even though here is ten times cheaper. but here the nonpros they don't care about your age or what you look like. The girls love the disabled to. If your in a wheelchair u can come but don't expect the same accessibility. If you need help u can easily find a filipina for 500pesos or 10 bucks a day the average wage shell probably want to be your girlfriend. Havent experienced any crime. Private helpful armed security everywhere day and night, every store. Can you believe Toronto's traffic is maybe as bad as Manila at times. Lots of food didn't get sick, generally avoid street venders, although some of their food looks good, except ones who sell gum and single sticks/smokes. Kiddie pack of smokes 75cents. . Only surprise was I don't see the beauty here that we have back home. Still there r millions of sexy girls. Quite literally you can get any gal u want here as long as she isn't married, no bf an is 18+. I was getting half a dozen or more numbers a day easy. U small talk to them for a few minutes say anything and just ask for her digits. (cellphone here 599pesos or 15 bucks, get dual sim smart/globe) To all those who say coming home to Canada from a developing country u appreciate Canada more that is BULLSHIT! Canada sucks shit its like living in a box. You guys know what I mean. I will be travelling here again maybe and to other developing countries the all-in cost of living per day including airfare and hotel is the same or less. Passport here good for 30d. Get a one-way ticket from home then book here going back in case u extend. Np getting hotels day to day. Something for every budget. Lonely planet guide ok but some of their hotel recommendations aren't accurate. Still a good starting point. Courtship process here longer so don't expect to bed all these gals right away. I love given the little kids 5 pesos, jeepney trikes no problem, haven't experienced any pick pocket attempts. Ermita downtown manila gets a little annoying sometimes with all the hustling. pimps everywhere selling gals for 2000pesos or 50 bucks a night. Add bar fine another 50 in the bars. Its weird I went to Angeles and thought in general in this country I'd be all over the SPs but it hasn't happened. U have to choose them carefully in terms of service cause some its a bang or two and they crash in ur bed to the morning where its another lol. Burgos girlie bars checked it out ya. International entertainment complex. and they have all these ktv bars sort of social buy girls drinks and then I don't know maybe theyre good to go didn't partake. its nuts u walk in and 25 girls scream at u. Filipinos r really friendly but they aren't as sexually open even the SPs. I doubt they fuck like the Cubans. Prostitution is illegal here so be careful. Smog is manageable but I wonder the long term affects on expats in some places. one more thing try and take the trike motorbikes the singles and 6 seaters those guys work to death and really appreciate the 7 pesos each way I always give them a small tip. Healthcare royal bank travel insurance isn't recognized here so they would have to reimburse u at home. I checked out a few hospitals. seem ok but to be honest in a real emergency im not sure. I met an American pilot who brought his mum here for eye surgery. us embassy site has list of doctors and hospitals.
