I think attacking the POTUS is a weak approach, most people like him and clearly he's smart and articulate - his policies and their effect on the country is another thing entirely. There is much hay to be made on jobs, deficits, lack of leadership....

Certificate of Live Birth = Birth Certificate in Hawaii. Hawaii is a sovereign state and entitled to set its own ground rules, whether you like them or not. Asserting that you need a "birth certificate" when what Hawaii provides as legal proof of birth is a "certificate of live birth" basically means you're saying no-one born in Hawaii can run for President. Even.
But Hawaii is one of the 50 states, so that can't be right.
No, whether the US Constitution likes them or not. A Certificate of Live Birth is not a Birth Certificate otherwise it would be called a Birth Certificate. It is possible to see fraud just like Dan Rather's letter on George W Bush Jr. on the National Guard stuff.

"Baptismal certificate", "Certificate of live birth", "Birth certificate", the US constitution has nothing to say on the subject and does not care. It simply says that someone has to be a "natural born" American in order to run for President. In Hawaii the proof that you are a natural born Hawaiian is called a certificate of live birth. That is up to the Hawaiians and their sovereign State to decide, not up to you, and not up to the US Federal Government.
That is a concept that appears to complex a notion to grasp by many of our Republicans friends....:eyebrows:
