I don’t know what you don’t understand. I have replied twice. Someone else has replied as well.Again, sex acts?
You were saying services...not sex acts...now you have...why didn't you just say "YES, I can legally promote a BBBJ" the first time?I don’t know what you don’t understand. I have replied twice. Someone else has replied as well.
Let me try this.
YES, I can legally promote a BBBJ as long as I am only advertising myself.
You know you are on an escort review board right? You know what my job is right? So the services I offer are sex acts. So when I say services I am saying sex acts. You were saying services...not sex acts...now you have...why didn't you just say "YES, I can legally promote a BBBJ" the first time?
Your right, stupid word games for no reason...You know you are on an escort review board right? You know what my job is right? So the services I offer are sex acts. So when I say services I am saying sex acts.

I don't think that's true. Yes, plumbers are (I think) but I don't think most jobs are.
Pretty sure journalists aren't legalized, for instance. Actors have a union, but I don't think they are legalized.
Fun while the new laws are must more restrictive in the past, until harper you maybe be surprised to know prostition was perfectly legal in Canada. There where crimes about brothels and what not but prositition itself was totally legal. Yet, maybe because of USA tv people where confused on this point.Again, sex acts?
I knew prostitution was legal but communicating for it is not, I think...I thought advertising was part of communicating.Fun while the new laws are must more restrictive in the past, until harper you maybe be surprised to know prostition was perfectly legal in Canada. They were playing some covet word game, it’s been settled...but thanks for coming in late to insult me, you’re awesome.Literally FFA if you can't figure it out from the replies above and since you clearly don't trust what anyone else is saying just go google it and then hush. My goodness you are dumb as a bag of rocks.
It was an a law then the laws where changed.I knew prostitution was legal but communicating for it is not, I think...I thought advertising was part of communicating.
Yes. I am legally allowed to advertise my own personal services.
Yes. That's my understanding of the current law.

So sorry but it was you playing word games, and now what? You just don’t trust any of the replies? I even tried to explain that I can advertise my services (sex acts whatever you want to fucking call them) and that others can not do it for me. That is the change to the law regarding communicating.I don’t know what you don’t understand. I have replied twice. Someone else has replied as well.

I'm not sure the details are right here, but at this point we are getting into the weeds. A lot of what you cover seems to be general labour law, which isn't targeted by industry. None of that goes away when a job is decriminalized, from my understanding. (I can be totally wrong about that, things get complicated quickly.) Other laws don't suddenly stop applying in the decrim situation.Strictly speaking there are very few jobs not at least regulated by the ministry of labor, they make specific exactions; for example children working for family, farms, and self contractors.
Writers and artists are often not legalized, and are decrimiilzed (thought since this does not actually apply to them, there work was never illegal) but child artists are with rules about guardians and tutors and what not.
Basically if you hire peson to do x to make or do someting that is y, and it has no safty issues what so ever, it probably not regulated (ie legalized) -uber stuff manged to avoid it for a while but is the process of being regulated as other technolgy loup holes.
But if you pay someone to say make a sandwich and you get sick then you win a law suit if they did not follow the regulartions they may or may not know about ( like a hair net when making the sandwich) Plus the state can find the person, in theory, but in practice no one bothers about the really small stuff.
Escorts when legal are self contractors - the other form of escorting is grey area or illegal or was with loup holes - and are not legalized, but not fully decriminalized either.
Almost every form of contract work is legalized with exceptions. Eclectic, plumbing etc. Only unskilled labour or unique jobs are not legalized.
Interns in all fields used to be NOT legalized, unpaid workers generally who had no rights and where allowed to do work they where not trained to do.
Anyway, I am not advocating heavy legalization as some invision it, but what most would consider decriminalization with laws. For example it being illegal for an sp to work with a STD or at least be legally required to disclose it to clients. That would be legalization or at least it was, perhaps things have moved on - new laws new world.
To contrast, there is NO legal oblicatoin for 99% of jobs to say your tested posiitive. If you break quartine, continue to work, you are quilty of breaking quartine but you can do whatever - at least its not specifically covered. The guy who delivers you piozza might know he has Covid and he is not breaking the law.
I believe you need a license in Windsor, Ontario and can not offer in calls...I'm sure I'll get corrected if I'm not right.Legal in Oz, although some variations from state to state (e.g., gotta have a licence in Victoria and to advertise need to list your licence number). Seems to work well. Cops can focus on the illegals/trafficked. I think your cops in canada do a nice job with their focus on that too.
