I am not of that feeling. Almost all jobs are legalized - plumbers are legalized for example. But its should be minimum and perhaps with the option, like plumbers to go unprofessional - ie. I m an unlisecneded sp wouild be legal but have to be disclosed just like if you get your friend to do do your plumbing for you is fine, as long as he does not claim hes a professional.

But I thnk if done write a legal frame work would benefit many - and in case its done wrong it should still be legal to practice outside such a network. But like cooking say, if you want to work in estalbishment you need to follow the legalization aorund safe food practices. If you cook at home and charge some kind of fee for entertainment your free to do a you please.

I don't think that's true. Yes, plumbers are (I think) but I don't think most jobs are.
Pretty sure journalists aren't legalized, for instance. Actors have a union, but I don't think they are legalized.
