I agree with Mr. Bret, Chantelle and bridgette_xo that the best course of action is to compassionately let her/him know before going higher as that is the most fair way of doing things. Workplace problems often require verbal, then written warnings before taking further, more serious action. Condo/Apt. problems are no different really and I would somehow document this for your own protection.

GameBoy27, I really don't feel repeated notes is a wise course of action as she/he could have a counter case for ongoing harassment on johnbeverley's part. There are usually proper channels to go through in any situation.

I do not agree. There has been a shift in Terb members attitude. It has gone from trying to help one another to belittling. There are some good ones left, but it is not like before.
