If the scientist brought the virus back to the lab to study it, its highly possible it may have been leaked from there.
...
It is possible that a technician bit in the wild spread covid to colleagues in the usual respiratory manner but there is no reasonable way that can be described as a lab leak.

The statement made by this WHO guy was clear; it is possible one of their team got bit and infected in the field. Sure, other things are possible but that has nothing to do with the source you posted.

They die from the flu, but they normally dont die while hooked up to a ventilator because they cant breathe
??????
This has to be one of the stupidest claims you made.

How do you think hospitals treat severe flu cases and why do you think the cases are lumped in with pneumonia in the stats?

My point remains, if Chinese researchers had left these stupid bats alone we wouldnt be having an pandemic right now with millions of people dead and a global economy thats in tatters.

Or do you think researching bats is more important than millions of dead people, and therefore it was was worth it and perhaps the program should even be continued??

Most flu cases dont lead to pneumonia, and when they do the standard treatment is antibiotics or antiviral drugs, very rarely does the treatment involve respirators. When hospitals do use them its to clear mucus from the lungs, not because the patient cant breathe and is about to die from lack of oxygen.

The worker who got infected at the Wuhan lab showed clear signs of Covid-19.
Thats not coincidence or by accident in the minds of most rational people

News report, please
I already posted that. Here's one of many news reports:

3 Wuhan lab workers were sick enough to go to the hospital in November 2019, report says, bolstering calls to reconsider the coronavirus lab-leak theory

US intelligence found that three researchers at a lab in Wuhan, China, became sick with COVID-19 symptoms in November 2019 and sought hospital care, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.

News of the information, which The Journal said was included in a US intelligence report, comes as some experts call for a reevaluation of whether the coronavirus pandemic was triggered by an accident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Nothing about a ventilator and nothing about confirmed COVID-19.
It explicitly says (in WSJ) “with symptoms consistent with both Covid-19 and common seasonal illness.”

All of that is what was reported before.
You have claimed they ended up on ventilator/respirators and otherwise had symptoms and treatments consistent with COVID-19 and NOT flu.

Please provide that article.

I heard it on the news too. One lab worker had to be put on a ventilator

Right, because otherwise there was a wall separating wild bats from humans.

1. We don't know if a guy getting bit in the field was a source, just the statement from the WHO guy that said it was possible.
2. People get exposed to zoonotic viruses on a regular basis. It would be stupid not to study them before they hit us, especially after SARS.

Most flu cases dont lead to pneumonia, ...
And most covid cases don't lead to death. What kind of stupid argument are you making?

Those who died of the flu are predominantly related of pulmonary distress just like the majority of covid deaths.

“with symptoms consistent with both Covid-19 and common seasonal illness.”

For the conspiracy types, this seems to be more choose your own adventure rather than following evidence.

Have you taken the time to look up the meaning of the word "circumstantial"?
Have you?? Better question might be, did you even finish high school??

Gottlieb says there’s growing circumstantial evidence that Covid may have originated in a lab

Gottlieb said the growing number of reports provide an increasing amount of circumstantial evidence supporting the theory that the virus could have escaped from a lab.

Still no ventilator story.
Gonna need better than "I saw it on TV one time".
This is the kind of thing that should be *everywhere* if it happened, since it ups the weight of the "three people got sick in flu season" narrative a lot.

And for today's unshocking news - the CIA investigation into the origins of SARS-CoV-2 finds not enough evidence to say anything definitive.

As I said- Biden is a side story simply because he was not in charge nor capable of influencing the events. You can check out for yourself the Biden's press releases from 2020. The story is much larger than the simplistic politicking of a candidate incapable of coherent strategy. BTW, and I understand why you don't know, the suppression of the origins WAS the prominent aspect of the Covid story almost from very beginning. Just because the CNN failed to cover it or Facebook decided to suppress it, doesn't mean that it wasn't out there. And it was...consigned to the conspiracy theory bin and we are about to find out how and why. The Democrats better pray they retain Congress or this is going to get very ugly. Too many people died for this to just go away.
so one of donnies insane conspiracy theories has not been completely disproven yet and you call that fact ?

Its you who apparently doesnt understand the definition of "circumstantial evidence"
Last I checked, circumstantial means pointing indirectly toward someone's guilt but not conclusively proving it.

If you have any evidence for your claims present it. Otherwise all you have are assumptions.
