Define "documented history of mental health issues...etc." don't forget there are people making the argument that wanting to transition should be considered a "mental health issue". Are you for denying "John" his constitutional right in the US, simply because they're considering becoming "Jane"?
Back to the stop-and-frisk; if you support proactive, preventative measures like red flag laws, surely you support other proactive public safety measures like stop-and-frisk or carding, right? [/sarcasm]
