The sales figures will likely support your view... that is if Google is bold enough to every release them.I don't understand why anyone would want a pair of these things.
Either do I (with the exception of the uber-geeks and the twitter fiends who get off on posting every time they take a breath).I don't understand why anyone would want a pair of these things.
I agree with the potential applications, but I really disliked wearing glasses when I had to. That's why I wore contacts and later had laser eye surgery. Wearing glasses for any reason sucks!I can see tons of applications though. Imagine being able to watch instructions while fixing your car or heads up GPS street view overlay?
I'd like to try it. But I'm not sure if it'll be useful day to day vs being gimmicky. Only time will tell.Either do I (with the exception of the uber-geeks and the twitter fiends who get off on posting every time they take a breath).

We are going to figure out how to deal with privacy issues but I don't see it as that much of an issue considering most of society is already carrying around cameras connected to the internet.
Any club, casino, entertainment venue banning other recording devices such as cameras, cell phone cams, etc are going to ban Google glass. It didn't doom cell phone sales so I can't see why this revelation should impact Google Glass. As of today, which this thing has not been released yet, most bars, clubs and of course casinos have banned it!

Next, public transportations, perhaps?
Yes, it's a cool proof of concept but that's where it ends. After all, it comes from an irresponsible company which has no respect for people's privacy and must sell Ads to survive.
With that said, Google can never sell anything but Ads because most their fans / followers expect them to give them out for free!
Hmmmm....I seem to recall a few people saying somthing like that about a new product that became the iPadI think google glass is a cool proof of concept product but I think there will be very few "glassholes" in reality.
Yeah, Pekkkr bitch-slapped himself on that one....Hmmmm....I seem to recall a few people saying somthing like that about a new product that became the iPad
