Well, let's cancel the whole asylum system because a high school kid can't get 5 hours of part-time work each week - because an immigrant woman from the 3rd World needs a full time minimum wage job to help pay the family rent.

This takes white, middle class, suburban entitlement to a new high.

No, they are not all the same. TO compare Carney and PEE PEE is the same is ridiculous.

PS...I don't mind Dougy.
I still don't get why you back DoFo.

He's privatizing health care, cutting education and social services and racking up the biggest debts in the country.
Unemployment in Ontario is the highest, housing starts the lowest and all he cares about is selling beer and giving away public land and assets to his donors.

He's a moderate and a team player! Right by Carney's side was right by Justin's side and dead up against Trump and hated PEE PEE, what is there not to like? He will get my vote again.

Why is there always a shortage of farm workers in Canada? Ask these youngsters why they don't apply for such jobs and if it was not for these migrant temporary or permanent workers how dire our dairy and agricultural sector would have been!!

Moderate?

What drugs are you doing?
He is MAGA, or old school Thatcher economics.

Cut social services until they suck ass and then declare he can save them through privatizaiton.
Under DoFo we have massive homeless, massive debt and massive cuts to services.

this is the playbook.

Metrolinx is the plan

Yup, and he’s likely to win again—unless he decides to make the jump to the federal scene. Crombie doesn’t have the momentum to take him out, and there’s no way the NDP forms government, though I’ll give Marit Stiles credit for her grit and bluster. I'm not crazy about his bringing in privatization, claiming your Ohip card is all that is needed, which is a crock of shit, but the reality is, the others aren't proving to be any better.

Ok, Crombie sucks but Marit would have been way better.

But that doesn't matter, the question is why do you back DoFo screwing every single file under his jurisdiction and then for extra points giving away Wasaga beach, Ontario Place and whatever other public asset like the LCBO he can give to his donors.

Actually I do! Wasaga Beach needs a major overhaul that will bring in more hotties in bikinis. As for the LCBO, it's still going strong. I have nothing against beer and wine in corner stores.

Beer in corner stores will cost the province $1.2 billion, you think its worth it?

You think doing an Ontario Place to Wasaga beach would be a good thing?

We shall see

  • The actual financial cost to the Province will depend on how retailers and consumers respond to the expansion of the beverage alcohol marketplace. Compared to the FAO’s projection, the financial cost to the Province would be lower if expanding the marketplace results in higher per-capita alcohol consumption. Conversely, the financial cost would be higher if consumers shift their purchases to new retailers more quickly than projected, more grocery and convenience stores enter the beverage alcohol marketplace than anticipated, or new retailers capture a larger than expected market share. After accounting for these and other factors, the FAO estimates that the financial cost to the Province could range from $529 million to $1.9 billion through to December 31, 2030.
as for Ontario place, I can't wait to grab a massage because up to now, Ontario Place has been of no use to me.

I hope they turn Wasaga into a party beach.

So Ontario gets more drunk there is a chance we won't lose as much from the LCBO, so its ok.

There will be no happy endings at Ontario Place.

Adults are allowed to drink, and it is a shame about no happy endings at the spa; this is true. I will call Dougie on his personal line to register my complaint.

I think the only people upset about Ontario Place are Torontoians.
Place was a rotting shit hole.
With all the trees gone I'll have a better view for the airshow during the CNE.(y)

You think the rest of Ontario will be happy DoFo is spending $400 million on a parking garage with a view?
That's about $400 per household in Ontario.

And its more likely that the total Ontario Place cost will be $2 billion.
