I'm looking for a good swing doctor, not a hack who will tell me stuff i already know, but a real good teacher who will help me eliminate the flaws in my swing one on one. Does anyone have a recommendation for a really good teaching pro who's reasonably priced?

Hmmmmm Whats you're price range and where are you willing to drive? Feel free to PM me and I might give you my pro's info...He works @ clublink course King Valley right by Aurora...He's the best without a doubt... You don't have to be a clublink member to use him but its all about the first 2 questions...

PM me if you want to know more...

peace

CNN rated the golf school at Legends of Niagara #1 in North America. There was also a guy, can't remember his name, at a driving range on Markham @ Steeles. Its not there anymore and have no idea where they went. But he offered video analysis and seemed to have pretty good credentials.

There is a pretty good guy at Launch. My father in law uses him in the winter to keep his swing up. His first name is Mike, that is all i know.

Try the Jim McLean golf school in Niagara, awesoem facility. I went to the one day school in June, cost $500 for the day. Well worth it.

I'm not sure you'd have to call up King Valley Golf Club in Aurora/Snowball(town name might be either) and ask them what "Bruce McCaroll" charges...

Hope this helps

Thanks;
Glen

Somewhere on a golf course
I agree with Choron...

Bruce McCarroll is one of the best golf instructors...He was not a great Club Pro when he was at York Downs but he is an excellent teacher and he works out of King Valley.Also I do understand that there are some good teachers at Launch.....Good luck...

Ditto. Bruce Is an excellent instructor but a bit pricey. Matt Stallone at Launch is also very good.

Dudley Jones is an excellent teacher. He teaches by appointment only at The Docks driving range on the waterfront.

I played with one of his students last night. He had excellent mechanics, a great motion through the ball and was hitting 300 yd drives down the pipe.
