Is Geno going to attempt to call Canadian Press or AP a genocide and apartheid supporting Zionist controlled news organization. Or MSM? Geno, you looove Human Rights Watch. Maybe AIPAC paid them off. LOL

Global rights group finds Hamas-led militants committed war crimes on Oct. 7 (msn.com) (Here's some juicy tidbits for Geno.)

TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Hamas-led armed groups committed numerous war crimes during the Oct. 7 attack on southern Israel that precipitated the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip, according to a global human rights group report released Wednesday.

Human Rights Watch said the acts of the Palestinian fighters, who killed around 1,200 people and kidnapped more than 250 during the attack, met the international legal definition for crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The group's report found that five different Palestinian armed groups, led by Hamas’ Qassam Brigades, engaged in war crimes and violated international law by killing, torturing, taking hostages, looting and committing crimes involving sexual and gender-based violence. The New York-based rights group said its researchers were unable to independently verify claims of sexual violence and rape but that they relied on a separate report by a special U.N. envoy who found “reasonable grounds” to believe Hamas fighters committed sexual violence during the attack.

The 230-page HRW report focuses only on the Oct. 7 attacks and does not examine the actions taken by Hamas or Israel during the subsequent war in Gaza. More than 38,400 people have been killed (NOT 186,000, Geno) in Israeli ground offensives and bombardments in Gaza since the war began, according to the territory’s Health Ministry. The ministry does not distinguish between combatants and civilians in its count.

The militants committed a crime against humanity because they launched a “widespread attack directed against a civilian population,” said Belkis Wille, an associate director at HRW who arrived in Israel days after Oct. 7 and spent a month researching the attack with local staff. The researchers examined Palestinian attacks on 26 civilian sites in southern Israel, including kibbutzim, cities, two music festivals and a beach party, and they spoke with nearly 100 survivors, and 50 experts and first responders.

The organization called on Hamas to immediately release the approximately 120 hostages and bodies of hostages still being held in Gaza, and for all sides to adhere to international law and agree to a cease-fire as soon as possible.

Hey, Shazi.
Thanks for posting HRW reports, yes, lets take them all seriously.

Yes, HRW has posted a new report on Palestinian war crimes.
I fully support taking this report to the ICC and ICJ and investigating and laying charges based on it.

The 236-page report, “‘I Can’t Erase All the Blood from My Mind’: Palestinian Armed Groups’ October 7 Assault on Israel,” documents several dozen cases of serious violations of international humanitarian law by Palestinian armed groups at nearly all the civilian attack sites on October 7.

Yes, lets lay charges on those several dozen violations and then lets make use of other HRW reports to do the same on both sides.

I'm sure you'll agree that every single victim in Gaza has the right to reparations.

I'm sure you'll agree Israel belongs on the 'list of shame' for killing more children than any other country in the world.

I'm sure you'll also agree that action should be taken against Israel for ignoring the ICJ orders.

Don't forget ending apartheid.

So you agree that HRW is credible and you accept this one as well.
Global rights group finds Hamas-led militants committed war crimes on Oct. 7 (msn.com)

You agree that Hamas committed crimes against humanity/war crimes on Oct., something that you have repeatedly and vigorously denied. You now retract those denials and accept what HRW said that Hamas did.
So you now agree with HRW and I that both Hamas and Israel should be taken to the ICC?
Good news, your dream is coming true.

Stay on topic, Geno.

This is a newest finding by HRW. Do you accept HRW's findings? If you don't want to give a direct response then the record will show that you agree that Hamas committed crimes against humanity on Oct.7.

The same as you agree that all Jews in Israel are Zionists and should therefore be exterminated. You also agreed to that.

Yes, Shazi.
I accept that we should act on all HRW reports, take this one to the ICC and lay those charges for the acts listed.
Just as we should act on their reports saying Israel is apartheid and take them to the ICJ over apartheid, after the genocide and occupation cases go through.

I'm very glad to hear that you also back these HRW findings and support taking Israel and Hamas to the ICJ and ICC over these charges.
I'm sure they will be used in the upcoming ICC trials for Netanyahu and Gallant.

Also from HRW

These developments are in flagrant violation of Israel’s obligations as an occupying power under IHL and of three binding rulings by the International Court of Justice (ICJ), issued in the case brought by South Africa against Israel for alleged violations of the UN Genocide Convention.

On May 20, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) requested arrest warrantsagainst three Hamas leaders and two senior Israeli officials, on various counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The request is pending before the court's judges. We welcome the clear statements by the High Representative and some EU governments highlighting the need to respect the court's decisions and independence. At the same time, we regret that other EU member states spoke out against the prosecutor's request. Member states should express support for the ICC's critical role to deliver justice for victims in the context of the investigation in Palestine and across the court's docket, regardless of where the crimes are committed and by whom.

WTF took Human Rights Watch so long to declare this a war crime? It literally should have taken less than a week to determine that. Hamas intentionally targeted civilians and took hostages. The fact that they took 9+ months to issue a report tells me this organization is either inept or corrupt.

I say the same for the ICC and ICJ, what's taking them so long?

Frankfooter will always respond that Hamas should be charged for war crimes, knowing full well that would be impossible. The leaders can not be found and change all the time, and sometimes are harbored by other surrounding nations. They are a terrorist organization and not a national government.
That's why he offers that up.
Funny part is that he believes he's clever. Lol!

No, skoob.

I just support the law instead of terrorism, like you do.
Israel is a terrorist state, the Lancet says they have likely killed 186,000 Palestinians and the WFP says half a million more may die from starvation.
That's terrorism and genocide.
Israel is far more evil than Hamas now.

This is what you back.

Really? That's why you immediately denied the fact that Palestinian protesters in Montreal attacked security guards and vandalized buildings? Because you support the law?

You're not fooling anyone.

Yes, skoob.

Protesting is legal, the 66 year old 'student' who was arrested for vandalism should be charged and should go through the legal system.
Just as Israel should will go through the ICC and ICJ for genocide and extermination.

Meanwhile, you continue to argue as though you think protesting against genocide is worse than committing genocide.

For some reason, you keep defending blowing the limbs off kids and starving them to death but get upset when people protest about it.

Lol! You denied there was any vandalism and that security guards were attacked. You called me a liar. Then you created some fantasy that the person arrested was an imposter with zero proof to back that up.

Newsflash...more than one person was arrested. Protesting is legal, vandalism and assault are not.

Another example of your evasive tactics when cornered. Too funny & predictable.

ps you owe me an apology for calling me a liar.

The article you posted said there was one arrest, some 66 year old guy.
This was a student protest so that sounds like it was an agitator.
Are you denying that there have been agitators at protests?

Meanwhile, you're still promoting genocide.

Yes, Shazi=fragrance.

So Geno has now gone on record stating that Hamas committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and Israeli women on Oct. 7. You have accepted HRW;s most recent report at face value.

Total lie and BS.

I defy you to show where the Lancet stated that.
I defy you to show where even the authors of that flawed study stated that.

They simply said how many people they estimate are casualties. They ascribed no blame.

Like Hitler said, if you tell a lie enough times people believe it's the truth. You are using Nazi tactics, Geno. Are you even capable of telling the truth?

And thanks once again for finally admitting that Hamas raped women and committed crimes against humanity on Oct.7

No, I have seen no evidence of any rape by Hamas, those claims fell apart months ago.
You have now accepted that HRW reports are legit and now accept that Israel is an apartheid state committing genocide.

STFU, Shazi.

Who cares what you think, you are not trustworthy.
The Lancet is.
