Well, I can't speak to what evidence may or may not turn up, but in the case of Prince Andrew, they did release a photo of him with one of the minors who claimed she "massaged" him, after he denied ever having met her. Wont hold up alone in court, but if other evidence does get turned over... he has a lot to lose.
