I don't recall reading about a Muslim preventing an attack. I would call him/her a hero if I ha read about it.

It was in the news that the Muslim guy is the one who prevented the Toronto 18 from carrying out the terrorism attacks. He is regularly interviewed on CBC and other newsmedia. The right wingers on this board who attack the Muslims, have no problems filtering out the good Muslims who have done positive things to fight terrorism. It is just like how Trump does not seem to accept the fact that Muslims have fought and died for the USA.
