One thing I just don't understand. Conservators have been controlling her life and career, why continue to perform? State she is being abused every time somebody sticks a microphone in her face and that's all. Dad and his crew would lose interest fast once the cash flow shut down...

She has stopped. And is refusing to until this is resolved. I think she did at the time because she wanted to prove she could handle her own life again. But they won't let go.

The fact that you get off on it being a possible law is disguising.

My opinion stands.
Mandrill is correct.

We don't know the situation with Brittany. If she is mentally unfit, the court is going to take action to protect her.

Nowhere have I read that they are stealing her money or abusing her. Sounds like they are protecting her from herself.

Brittany says she wants to end this conservatorship without being evaluated. Red flag. She needs to be evaluated. Any sane person would not have a problem passing an evaluation.

The one thing I do agree with her though is that if she wants to take a 2 or 3 year sabbatical, or forever for that matter, then she has that right.

I think the reason she didn't rebel sooner is the fact she was molded and taught since a little girl that this is the way life goes . Most people that were abused as children up to adulthood take longer in life to stand their ground for freedom to stop the abuse. She probably did some counselling and made some disclosures about her life. When your mentally abused since birth that your sole purpose is to take care of your family its very hard to break through that mind set, especially when its the only world she;s known.I feel very sorry for her not out of pity or foolishness on her part but because it truly isn't her fault . Unfortunately her first boyfriend i think she married him?also milked her bad she just never had healthy people in her life that would care for her enough to say Britney you deserve to keep what you make. Her father is a real piece of shit IMO and not only do I hope she wins this case but i hope she can sue her dad and those that took advantage of her. When she had the melt down years ago and shaved her hair off that was a sign of not just mental illness that they have caused but it was a release of her saying fuck you to anyone that used her.

I get the law. I don’t agree with the law. Just like plenty of us don’t agree with the escorting laws around the world.

I will never agree to someone being forced to put something in their body. Or take something out of their body. Their body, my body, their choice, my choice.

I don’t care if she is mentally unstable. Then lock her away and get her help. Or keep her locked up for her safety. Which someone who can preform the amount she does, I don’t think she needs to be locked up and refusing ANOTHER (read multiple) assessment could be that she is sick of them and feels untrustworthy of those performing them. Not necessarily because she is not “sane”. But whatever, lock her up. But then they can’t make money off her.

There are other methods for mental health treatment beside forcing someone to take lithium of all drugs. And none of that addresses the fucking IUD she is forced to have.

And Mandrill seems to get off on the law being what it is and that disgusts me but then he has always had issues with the mental ill so it is no surprise to me. He likes to call them names and everything. So he suck it for all I care.

It should not be a law, when I said possible law I meant passible law. Typical typo from yours truly. I know it’s law but I think it is one that should not be.

That is my opinion.

Look closely, behind all the noise, and you'll find a whole bunch of parasites living off her. Not a new thing. Brian Wilson went through something similar.

I don’t need to look closely I know this is happening but that is another story. My point is I will never agree with forcing something in someones body. Same goes for the vaccine.

Looks like she might be getting a break.
Well, they are letting her retain an independent attorney. But the judge was ALWAYS going to do that, since it's basic due process.

So no "breakthrough"; just the case unfolding the way it should and must.

Everywhere I have read they are stealing her money and abusing her. She is a cash cow for the father and the ex husband and the parasitic conservatorship industry. As one lawyer said. There has never been a case of someone breaking out of a conservatorship. Once they get you. You are fucked.

Who the fucks says dumb shit like that?!?!?

It's based on psychiatric assessments. If the shrinks say that your condition has improved, the conservatorship is dissolved. Happens every day in courts in this province.

I watched the documentary on Netflix or Amazon. Can't remember which. A lawyer in California said it.

It's horseshit.

Why would a judge allow a sane person to continue to be placed in conservatorship?
the only thing that makes her insane is having anything to do with her father and the other idiots. People get labeled all the time nuts and not all of them are and thats a fact.

Seriously?!....

How do you know that? Have you ever participated in a court hearing about conservatorship?

Well. That's what she said. I am quoting a lawyer who went on record saying it. I haven't verified it, but I have seen a documentary about it on CBC. Old people lose their properties and control of their finances when conservatorships move in and take control of their lives. They wind up being put in long term care facilities and being price gouged for the privilige.
So plenty of judges are allowing sane people to be controlled and victimized by conservatorships. It's a big industry down there.
The fact that the dad and Kevin Federline are quite happy to see her work in Vegas and keep making money for them is possibly a hint that there is something rotten going on. They thought her sane enough to work and make money for them. Nobody has clarified what her dad or Kevin Federline do for a living. Besides suck the life blood out of her. And that and the fact that after 12 years they show no interest in letting go of the reins. Very much a vested interest for them.

Just no.

The old people are put in conservatorship because they suffer from dementia.

This stuff is nasty and unpleasant. No one is happy about this. Is it "a big industry"?.... Well, it's the US. Anything that involves health care and "expertise" is a big industry down there and those people are grossly overpaid by any but American standards.

Why would Britney's dad "let go of the reins" after 12 years, if she's still nuts? And if she now sane, the court appointed independent shrink will say so and the judge will free her. Simple.
