The odds are good that it is a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).
I do not know how you can say that "the odds are good" that it is a UTI.

1)A UTI would have blood in the urine, not the semen.

2)As well, urinating would have a burning/painful feeling.

3)He would have to urinate more frequently.

I do not believe that OP has any of those symptoms.

Please tell us what symptoms he has that makes you strongly believe it is a UTI? And don't say blood in his ejaculate but not in his urine.

So update... Std Check came back clean... Since the incident I've had sex (non sp) and solo run for a toast of 3 times... 2 times It was clean... But the tonight it was bloody again... It As much blood but enough... My piss was clear right after this time.. So I'm gonna go to a urologist this time instead of the hospital or doctor... Does Ohip cover urologist s and do u need a referral?

You need a referral. Your GP should have started you on antibiotics. Have you had an ultra sound yet? I have just gone through this. You may need to have a scope of your urinal tract done just to be sure if the ultrasound is negative.

^^^DshRipRock is correct, you need to be referred to a urologist by your family doctor or one from a clinic.

While most here are thinking along the lines of a UTI or STI, that isn't the concern. Blood, either in your piss of semen is a cause for concern and the reason needs to be found. As DshRipRock has stated, your family doctor can start the ball rolling with an ultrasound, that way the urologist can have the results on his desk when you have your initial visit.

He does not need antibiotics. He does not have a UTI. There is no blood in his urine.

It is a prostate issue. The blood is in the semen.

I'm willing to bet its enlarged prostate related. Even in your 30's this can happen especially if you drink.
