What food you buy matters little.
Take her to a five-star restaurant. Even better is to
order her dinner from the president's suite of
a five-star hotel. Don't be obsessed with the juicy aftermath
of the dinner and what food to eat. As long as you foot the
bill things will work out.

I always take a date out for sushi, 9 times out of 10 they absolutely love it and I end up in bed with them, the other 10% of the time they end up hating sushi, but if they don't like sushi they're not a woman I'd want to be with anyways.
Uh, you get whatever SHE really likes. At least if the date holds some promise.
On the other hand if it fugures to go nowhere in the forseeable future - that is she's just working you for a free meal - then get whatever YOU like cause the food-on will be the best thing you get.
