Chef Prosperi is Abbruzzesi, he has a different name for lamb sticks.

Is their garlic dip more on the creamy side or is it that sort of runny garlic dip? I'm more of a fan of the creamy thick garlic dip versus the more runny ones...
That being said that pizza looks incredible.

i know its not going to be a popular opinion but as much as pizzapizza sucks i love their creamy garlic sauce
that consistency and taste to me is my favourite compared to the more watery and buttery flavoured ones

I've never been a fan of dipping pizza. A good pizza doesn't need a flavor injection.

i agree but sometimes i use a bad pizza simply as a vessel for that delicious delicious creamy garlic

Man... Good panetonne is really damn good but when it's bad its BAD. We usually have some at family gatherings but sometimes I like to pick one up just because of how much I love it.
