I have followed this girl for a few years, mostly on TikTok. First video of her, she went "Good morning mother fuckers..." That's it, I was hooked.

She loves stainless pans, meat, and loud, obnoxious cooking. Love it!
It wasn't her attitude at first, it was her oysters with dragon-fruit tapenade that impressed me. Usually I like oysters with a dash of Tabasco. Not even Gordon Ramsey is that creative.

Kumatomo oysters are EXPENSIVE.

Imagine making love to her then being served her famous Mushroom Risotto

Have you been to Capra's Kitchen?
I've been to Mistura, it closed down during the contagion. Not sure if I'll ever visit Capra's Kitchen, driving in Mississauga terrifies me. I'll eventually frequent Famiglia Baldassarre on Davenport Av, I wonder if they'll remember me?

If this is a Roman Bistro, do they have trippa on the menu.

Passed by it numerous times but never ate at Mistura. I love a good authentic Italian restaurant. 2nd only to Mexican in my favorite cuisines. I'd recommend Capra's even if it is a drive for you. Been there twice both times excellent. Had the tagliatelle Bolognese and the Branzino. They were sold out of the braised beef short rib. Apparently you have to get an early reso to get that.

Apart from his TV appearances, Signiore Capra has built a lucrative business for himself. There aren't that many places in Toronto that feature Northern Italian cooking, Capra has a captive market. In Lombardy they prefer rice and polenta over pasta. When I went to Mistura, i had the beet risotto. It was wildly delicious...and I don't even like beets.

If I go to His Kitchen, they better serve this!
