Im big on quick, affordable, simple ans delicious. Something that can be made with pantry staples.

I made mint chocolate coconut bars the other day that are fantastic. It took only 3 ingredients.

I love depression meals too. Meals people loved with very little available.

Things like water pie, helped me understand that every pie is just the same basic ingredients. I made a maple syrup pie last week that was fantastic but was essentially made the same as any other pie.

I forage a lot and garden so I love good reliable recipes.

One of the best salad dressings I've ever had that I put on everything is 3 ingredients. Cream, apple cider vinegar and sugar to taste. Everyone loves it. Its simple, no non sense. Impossible to mess up.
