The exception is Cuba that has a very efficient hurricane emergency system. The island has not lost lives for many decades, even as it is in the path of most atlantic hurricanes.
it was a live steam when the hurricane hit.... I guess since its moving live streams become unavailable.

I just saw news, GlobalMedic, from Canada is set to deploy to the Caribean, nice to see that somebody recognizes that those on the islands are the ones who need help. Florida is well prepared for this and has lots of emergency services, its the poor places like Haiti that I feel for.
Exactly ! It is so sad. Haiti is already a poor third world country and this is only going to make things worse. I pray for all people affected by hurricane Irma. God bless them.

Are we organizing a Terb bus to help whisk selective Floridians from harms way ?
Floridians have lots of warning to run and hide. Although it's certainly more difficult for the elderly and people who require daily medical treatment, are in hospital etc. The people on the smaller islands have nowhere to go. Brutal!
This is when living in a condo or apt. building helps a lot.

We now have hurricane Jose at CAT 2 up Irma's ass, with hurricane Katia peaking. We just might use up the whole alphabet by the time this is over.
