- Deregulation of financial markets (ie. -Glass Steigal repeal, MBS, CDS) leading to a GLOBAL financial meltdown.

The trouble with GOP. They say they hate deficits but they cut rich people's taxes and increase military spending. This is the cause of deficits. Military spending is runaway government spending. It also has one of the worst jobs to dollars ratios.

The GOP cannot be trusted with the American economy. They can't handle it.

Here is a FACT, of the 17T of debt the US has incurred since it's inception $5T of it has been accumulated under Obama in 4 budgets (FY 2009 was a Bush Budget). For comparison purposes (including that FY 2009 budget) Bush racked up 3.3T in 8 budgets….

President Barack Obama: Total Deficits So Far = $5.073 trillion.

FY 2013 - $901 billion.
FY 2012 - $1.327 trillion.
FY 2011 - $1.299 trillion.
FY 2010 - $1.546 ($1.293 trillion plus $253 billion from the Obama Stimulus Act that was attached to the FY 2009 budget).

He also initiated a drug plan for old folks (good idea) with no way to fund it (bad idea). I have come to believe that many conservatives just like the military soooo much that they are in denial that it is the worst possible example of government waste.

Needed to eliminate poverty in USA $175 Billion. Military budget $700 Billion. 25% of military budget could raise every single American out of poverty.
