I think it may be wise to find someone that could become your regular. Tell her your situation and ask if she could help 'train' the little guy, as you want to see if you could get him to last longer.

This isn't something you need to worry about. Quite a few providers would take that as a low-key compliment, and most of the rest are probably completely indifferent to the length of time you last. Also, this is logistically preferable to the opposite tendency (which I sometimes experience) of taking forever to finish.

In contrast to most of our fantasies, the cast majority of SPs are not in the business to get sexual satisfaction. So she wouldn’t care if you finished quickly, and often prefer it. Now for you, if you are ok paying for an hour and finishing in a few minutes, fine. However you might want to let her know about this quality, and ask if you can focus on other things for much of the session, oral both ways, maybe a massage before, making out etc. And a nice bit of cuddling, or shower together after. That way you will not be left with the feeling that you didn’t get the time / enjoyment you paid for.

short sessions are a 1 way satisfaction in my opinion for you, unless you are doing DATY for most of the session. many have the same issue & prefer longer sessions for MSOG

If you go for the hour you can usually pop at least twice in the hour, and hopefully the 2nd go round will last a bit longer, and as other said there are filler activities too. What I've done previously is book 1.5hr sessions so by time I get to round 3 I can last for quite a while as I'm now more relaxed. I've never repeated but I would suspect repeating would help too. I have no issues lasting with the wife hahahaha.
