My all time favorite cartoon was Heckle & Jeckel [the talking magpies] does anyone know if they have ever been put on video or dvd?
If you have access to the Moviola channel, they show really old cartoons (including Popeye). Some of them are so not PC it's no wonder they don't show them on mainstream t.v. these days. Case in point: I saw an episode of Gumby where he said he was afraid to go near these native Indians for fear he might get scalped!shack said:I loved the old Popeyes.
It's difficult to find good violence like that in cartoons anymore. Nowadays all they do is try to teach good values. What's wrong with Popeye's values of eat your vegetables and might is right?
lol as the song plays in my head.....was called Duck Tales if i am not mistakenShine905 said:The one with Huey, Lewy and Duey and their uncle scrooge...anyone recall the name of that?
You just gotta love it. Laying in bed and watching cartoons that were around when you were a kid...........life don't get any better.corena said:

Do you mean the one with Wyle Coyote and the sheepdog is Ralph I think. All the Warner Bothers cartoons are great. Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn who kept his feathers numbered for emergencys, Yosemite Sam with my favorite lines "Dragons are so stupid" and "Somebody is getting footie prints all over my nice clean desert.red said:the ones with the sheepdog and the coyote:
