Beautiful Girls
Jump
Right Now
Running With the Devil
Dance the Night Away.

And just for laughs, Pretty Woman.

I don't like the song that much, but I love the line in And the Cradle Will Rock--"Have you seen Junior's grades?"

Are you guys all Pansy's on this Board???

"Unchained"

I thought after three pages of crap, this song would have been mentioned at least 8 times.

If anyone says "Love comes walking in" is thier favorite...I may have to hurt them.

but seriously, folks, if Diamond Dave is singin' it, I'm all for it. I always liked Sammy as a solo artist, but really don't like anything he did with VH.

Put me down for: Top Jimmy, Panama, Dance the Night Away, Ice Cream Man, Eruption, You Really Got Me, Hot for Teacher, Drop Dead Legs, Beautiful Girls, Runnin' With the Devil, Ain't Talkin Bout Love, Little Guitars, Dancin' In the Streets, Jamie's Cryin', Intruder/Pretty Woman, And the Cradle Will Rock, Everybody Wants Some, Unchained, and did I mention Top Jimmy? even the campy stuff, Happy Trails, Big Bad Bill (is sweet William now), its all good.

Can't wait for summer.

Guys, I got to agree with tugger on this one. The best and classic VH song is Unchained. That's why it was the opening song on the 1984 tour. It rocks! By the way Van Halen burned out after 1984. If you guys want to download some old classic van halen bootlegs join the Roth army. I've downloaded about 15 versions of unchained already!

Sorry to break it to some of you guys, but all the Sammy stuff is CRAP. Kind of like the Michael McDonald-led Doobies, it's another band altogether and had no business using the same name.

My faves:

Panama
Running with the Devil
Jamie's Crying

no Gary?

am I the only one here that is shocked that NOBODY has listed a VH with Gary Cherone on lead vocals as their favourite???

okay okay, so I'm not shocked. Heck, I don't even know the names of any of the Gary Cherone collection. If someone starts a "Favourite Extreme Song" thread, maybe we'll see some Gary Cherone content.

Definitely Unchained. No doubt about it. But another great track that got missed is "Girl Gone Bad" off the 1984 disc. This was Eddie at his height. The solo was good, but the leads and fills throughout the song were amazing.

Everybody wants some is great too!

The drums and huge chords at the beginning a rockin'.

And what dave says at the end is hilarious.... something to the effect of "I'll pay for it waht the f**k" if you listen closely.

Speaking of listening closely I also think its funny that I think you can hear clinking beer bottles in the song Hot for Teacher.

Can't say I think too fondly of this song by itself. But I love the video - one of my all-time favs.
