I hate that guy. Worse when you realize that many winners take his advice and end up going broke. Just because you have some money doesn't mean it's wise to just throw it away on bullshit... I mean, sex workers are expensive enough as it is I suppose if you win one of those huge American ones or the high end lottomax AND you are on the older side.
But either way, no point just throwing the money away. You never know, maybe your investments might tank, or inflation or zombies.

Have an expert evaluate the worth of the jewellery and then take said jewellery to both of these clowns and see what they offer for it. I'm betting 5 cents on the dollar.

Any would be customer ought to canvas the market to find what their jewelry is worth. If they are content to sell to either of those two without getting other quotes; then it's hard to feel sorry if they decide after the fact they could have gotten more for their baubles.
