Didn't see that coming...he's made some bad decisions in his life but you can't deny he's a good player...gamble for the Oilers, 4 years is a long time for Kane to stay away from problems.

If he can stay out of trouble he would be a steal at $5 million per year. I remember going to see a game in Buffalo a few years ago, I believe vs. Anaheim. It was a snoozefest with the exception of Kane. He was the best player on the ice.
