They are working on "fixing" that.
Oracle doesn't have to admit anything.
He just can switch to "it was done to troll you guys" when he needs to.
You have to stop assuming he is arguing in good faith.

In my experience, the people who “troll” others with Nazi salutes, the OK sign, etc inevitably turn out to be Nazis…just like the people who defend them.
It doesn’t look the slightest bit awkward. It looks perfectly executed.
Bending towards power means giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Proving he can get away with it and even "the hostile press" [sic] will rush to excuse it is likely part of why he did it.

Note the article correctly draws the parallel to the previous stuff with the "ok" symbol but downplays all of that as well.
