DoFo is the worst, most corrupt politician in Canada.
So much grift and pet projects for his donors.

Frankie I love you like a brother, when you make a mistake I have to call you out on it. The $1 billion to oversee companies is pixie dust. The CPP-IB bought a majority stake in the 407 ETR back in 2019. At the time a Quebec Consortium that included Circle K owned a 33% stake, that was bought by the CPP. With that purchase the CPP now owns 51% of the 407 ETR with two other companies with minority shares. They are both Canadian Companies.

So far Premiere Douglas has ridden on the CPP's coat-tails. If he wants to transfer the 407 to Ontario ownership he'll have to pony up a lot more than a measly $1 billion.
