Remember that every sale of the cards (including people re-selling them later) sends a cut to Trump (or it might be to the company they made to control these).
So all they have to do is sell them back and forth to each other to send Trump money "under the table" as it were.

Well isn't the way crypto works? New buyers lift the value up to cash in on new buyers until people realize its all vaporware and the whole thing crash down. Only to reborn and repeat.
