...try $70 to $100...unless you have an inside connection, in which case please send me a PM
The rate depends on exactly what you have the cleaning service do, how dirty your place is and what company you call.

I clean my own place...I can do yours for you.... :p

That's fine, shawn, I guess you caught me in a bad mood or something.

As for the economic sense, I don't know if it makes any. But there is a perverse logic to it, which at least PHNINE found intriguing. No one is asking you to do it, you cheapskate!
Yeah, I mean I splurge at times with SP's. It is in my nature I guess. Good business equates to good times. I work hard to play hard. Economic hobbying was in my rookie days. You know the dollar watching for SP's on a weekly basis. Pay check to pay check so to speak. But now I splurge when I have the time too or when work permits....LOL There is always that lonely Sunday where I would book a nice suite downtown and get an SP overnight and try to call in sick for Monday, just creating the extended long weekend for myself. Splurge........:D

That would be a funny handle for TERB...Splurge...

 aslong as the location poses no threat to safety or health; i believe most SPs do not care. they are there to do a job: not interested in you any further.

have you ever experienced the pressure when you have timed it a little too close and need to push a SP out the door literally??? i.e. the prior SP meets the next SP when the prior is not a clockwatcher or next shows up early? This has happened to me two weeks ago ... nightmare ... but, just had to grin and bear it ). After I recovered ... think it may have actually helped the next session.
Yes... the same thing happened to me a few years ago. LOL!

....it was a sticky summer night in a fleabag motel in Hamilton. She looked very much like Asia Argento. The flames of the smelter gave the room this etherial glow. I opened a window as there was no airconditioner.Gritty air filled the room. There was a density to it.

The bed board rattled as we f&@#(&. There was nothing classy or restrained about the room. We did it on top of the ugly bedspread. Sweat beaded between he breasts and made her light olive skin slick. The place was pure atmosphere. Nasty raunchy and RED HOT.

OOOO AHHHH
Yeah I read that sex novel too....LOL  J/K

I agree.............about the cost for a local.........but after he had showed class at a nice hotel and he proved to be a gentleman ..I of course, would then encourage him to visit at my place in the future, to save him costs. Often he provides a tip but it is not expected as he too, usually wants security.

You can usually get good rates on 4 star hotels through services such as hotel.ca or hotwire.com

It is just for the first time meeting there is a certain amount of nervousness for both parties and I find the more security the easier it is to enter the room. It also means that the party in the hotel has also had to use his proper name which stops, in most cases, the idiots out there.
Yeah I agree that the first time you meet with an SP it is good to get a nice safe upscale room. But for me I just feel more comfortable in a hotel room oppose to an incall location, regardless of how nice it is. Sometimes even when the SP says her place is upscale, it isn't. But then again that is just me. I prefer outcalls. You can't beat a nice suite at the Four Season's, Park Hyatt, Kind Edward, Windsor Arms...etc...

Hookers?

Usually i attempt to keep a happy medium when coming on the boards- however that comment is completely and utterly unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous. First off, theres no correlation with what you stated and what this thread orignally regarded as a question.

Now, perhaps next time it would be wise to rethink and be very precise on your stereotypical classifications....not ALL woman in this industry, who are payed for their time and companionship are HOOKERS.... which would IMPLY anything happening behind closed doors between two consenting adults- as being whores...

SECONDLY, not all woman- regardless of their choice of professions are all about the money. I know plenty of money hungry woman who get paid more *so to speak* for the mind games without the hooker status. Atleast this is straight to the point and everyone is aware of where they stand.

Lastly, just as in any business transaction.... money is exchanged- its not your place to judge.

And again, i appreciate your thoughts as being just that- however a little hipicritical and not needed.

I'd say the type of environment makes all the difference. About a month ago I saw a lady at my residence. She let her real first name slip by accident; she told me it was because she felt so comfortable and relaxed.

The only difference between a comfort Inn and the Royal York is the lobby.

In fact, having recently stayed at the Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, I can atest to the fact that the Queen Elizabeth is in big time need of a serious renovation. I've stayed in far better Comfort Inns than the QE is presently.

Unless it's outstanding or terrible I don't think it matters nearly so much as the other factors that affect a session. Even if it's outstanding there's other things that matter much more.

The top things, I think, are:

#1 -- be clean and smell good
#2 -- be pleasant and charming
#3 -- be as physically fit as you can (lose some weight)

Any one of those things matters more than whether you're at the intercontinental or the comfort inn.

ps - on the multi thing up thread, i once booked 3 girls back to back from the same agency, and when the 3rd one came up i found they had been talking about me down in the car. it was kind of weird, but kind of a turn on.

I think there's a general perception that sex workers are all about the money. And for the most part that is completely true. But like any job the environment does make a difference to the woman's mindset.

This is unrelated to room quality but on the topic of are they just about the money. When I realized that I was out of control with my hobbying (i.e. more than once a week) it was one of the MPAs that told me I should scale it back. Now a cynic might say she just didn't want to see me anymore. But I know it's not true because I always treated her courteously and never pushed her beyond her boundaries. Other than MSOG I think I was always a pretty easy client. and I know she is more than willing to see me again if I choose to get back into the game.

So the point is that here's a person who is turning down a sure fire repeat which is easy money for her (good rapport, never haggles, gentle, not pushy, well groomed, respectful) and she was willing to turn it down.

Let's take it a step further of course sex workers have preferences on the type of customer and environment in addition to just the almighty dollar.
