This is a straw man argument.

When we talk about a woke DEI agenda, we're talking about DEI that applies to ANYONE that is unqualified or selected over more qualified individuals.
You got the wrong bloke. I did not write that.

And the commuter airlines are full of new, young pilots. There is a pilot shortage and the cost and commitment required to make it through training to get to the airlines is big. And the pay is shit for entry level pilots. But his continuing apprenticeship approach to gradually getting to fly bigger planes is part of aviation.

She was qualified to fly the plane and the approach was stable and smooth. At first I thought it was more of a sight picture issue and simply being behind the plane. But as I said earlier, the more granular data on Flightaware shows a sudden increase in the rate of descent from 800 to 1100 fpm seconds before impact. This is consistent with a wind shadow or drop in the wind /windshear. Not making excuses, nor blaming the pilot but just sharing my insight into the accident.

It really shows me how sick in the head some of you guys are for really not knowing anything about flying but blaming someone because of their sex. It really speaks to the person you are.
There's great pilots that are women for sure. What many people are not comfortable with is DEI pushing hiring quotas based on their skin colour, or their gender, or sexual orientation. When you try to fill the pilot shortage based on that instead of the cream naturally flowing to the top is what many are uncomfortable with.

This Endeavour Air was putting out official Tiktoc videos promoting "manless flights" which likely means a male, who may have very well been a better pilot, was discriminately passed over. How can you have manless flights without discriminating against men?

This goes for many professions. Just because you're trained and meet the minimum standards doesn't mean you're good at whatever it is. Some if has to to with being born with specific talents that no amount of training can make up for a lack of them. I'm sure you'll agree with this last paragraph at least.

I don't know her personal record nor performance nor ability as a pilot. And I don't doubt that there has been affirmative action to get more women in the cockpit. But unless you can cut the mustard, you don't get to sit up front. No matter how bad the pilot shortage is, if you don't make the grade, nobody is going to sign off on you. Fellow pilots have to sign off your initial and proficiency checkrides. Who knows... maybe she was riding with this Training Captain because she wasn't good enough in some aspects of her flying. 🤷‍♂️ I don't know. And neither do you. Male pilots have to do it all the time too. All I am saying is that unlike say, firefighting, being a female does not have any negative effect on your ability to be a pilot, IMO and experience. AndAFAIK, the stats don't back it up either.

It is customary that the pilot doing the radio work is not the one at the controls. In this case, the male was the one communicating with the Tower controller. Also, the Captain was a training Captain so it is likely that she was at the controls during the landing. Male or female, it is clear that there was no flare and the aircraft smashed down on the left landing gear, then the wingtip struck the runway. There was a big plume of white something that could ahve either been the wingtip hitting the snow on the edge of the runway, or the fuel tank being ruptured and the fuel aerosolized. As the runway is 200' wide, and the fireball ignited almost immediately on impact, I think it would most likely been fuel.
Most certainly fuel in the sheared wing that caused the fireball

Now that plane has one wing left that is still aeodynamic the lift on that one wing has no counter lift from the wing that sheard off so plane flips

Wings are meant to sheer in such a case for safety. Think of parts a car designed to protect passengers by absorbing energy of a crash

The safety design in this plane is amazing. Plane loses both wings, flips over then glides on its roof. No one is hurt by fire and roof does not cave after gliding on runway and passengers remain in seats that are upside down yet functional.
The stewards did heroic task opening doors and emergency crews all around were amazing

First is was trump derangement syndrome, now it's trump Devotee Syndrome, what will you make up next?
TDS is a misnomer. A person is not deranged simply because they factually point out a flaw or error of trump.

trump Devotee Syndrome is very, very real. These devotees are sick and in a cult. Look up the characteristics of someone that is in a cult. That is all it takes.

No politician should be as revered as trump is by any sane/rational/normal person. It is unhealthy.

I improved upon the use of the letters D, S and T.

Yes. He claimed the recent crashes may have been the result of Trump and Musk firing everyone in the FAA. They fired some. 300ish. However perhaps the latter is what he meant when he typed everyone.
Absolutely he made no such claim.

But you are correct that he said "everyone", however it was obvious that it was used metaphorically to mean "the firings that were made".

However, he made no claim of a cause and effect. He made 2 statements and people can draw their own conclusions.

As a sidebar, just watching the Lockerbie doc on CNN. I had no idea that two weeks before the bombing, somebody phoned the American embassy in Helsinki warning that there would be a bomb on a Pan Am flight from Frankfurt to London and on to New York. All US embassies posted the info on their internal communiques worldwide but decided not to inform the general public. A Scottish doctor who's daughter was killed, mentioned that the plane was only two thirds full on a flight just before Christmas, when other airlines were sold out. Pointing out that insiders had been warned off.
