k so heres a question for all but any female input would be cool. My buds wife wants to introduce me to her friend. She has seen my picture and knows what i look like and actually finds me attractive. Now thats good but i have seen a picture of her as well and she is very cute, Can good looking women be genuinly attracted to men who are not so attractive and can it work out long term. It is not my money she is interested in cause she makes killer money herself probably more than i. Should i give it a shot and risk at failing down the line, or should i reject the very thought of this and risk never getting another date. Keep in mind im in my 40's

Give it a shot, you probably have more to offer than you might realize. Some women are looking for different qualities in guys beyond looks or his wallet. If you can hold a conversation or know how to listen you're ahead of many people. A bit of risk is good, you won't be a failure if it doesn't work, that's just another experience in life.

This is so true, confidence will win hands down. Women can smell a lack of confidence just as if you shit your pants.
I am not necessarily a confident person, but I have figured out a substitute.
Heres how I do it - I just get in my head that I really don't give a damn about the date and I don't care if I am going to get anywhere romantically.
I go out to have fun and I treat the woman courteously.
I never was very attractive, but I always did well.

Last Thursday night I saw a cuter girl from my company out on a date. She's not a traffic stopper but is quite pretty and has a computer degree from Queen's. Yet there she was holding hands with a mere technician from our building. Think George Castanza but fatter and balder (sidewalls), and not a handsome face either. But he's dating a junior manager who turns (some) heads, makes double his salary and is, in any event, out of his league. Women are weird; you never know what they see in a guy. So go out with this lady, show her what a nice guy you are, and make her laugh. You'll be fine.

From what I have heard and from talking to big boy, I know he has a lot more to offer a girl than his money. A lot of women don't care what the guy looks like. She cares about what's in your head and heart and how she is treated. If you make her feel like a lady then you'll always win.

see i knew crafter wanted to supersize it she keeps turnin me down but i knew. You know its a funny thing she called me tonight to tell me what a wonderful time she had. Its nice to know that now adays looks dont matter. She is quite lovely and she has a 2 year old little girl. Me being in my 40s with no kids really sucks.
