Same. Went to put gas and put air in a tire and my hands were completely numb for almost 10 minutes.

So sad. 29 year old wheelchair bound man froze to death lying in his own driveway in Etobicoke. The taxi dropped him off and then just drove away. In Winnipeg taxis are required to eyeball the customer right into their house and not just dump them on the driveway and drive away.

Mines going but not gone. On longer trips the fan cuts out (to minimum, I guess) for long stretches at a time. Soon the whole thing'll just fucking die. But I have a solution that keeps that from happening.... didn't drive anywhere today.

Not really a long term solution though, is it.

Was driving along Bloor today, saw people waiting for the bus, I got back from the store 30 minutes later along same stretch of Bloor and those same people were still there at the bus stop freezing their buns off.

Time to buy a new car with heated seats. X1 is a very good SUV. Loaded and you can even get it with a 300hp motor and four wheel drive.

Yesterday, I went skiing. It was amazing. Not too many crazy people like me on the slopes. I just felt sorry for the lift attendants. Was kind of cold to be manning the lifts.

Whenever I drop someone off, I always eyeball them into their house before driving off. You never know if they might slip on the driveway or stairs and can't get up. I wonder if that poor gentleman had a cellphone to call for help or maybe he was incapacitated and couldn't call?
