Makes a lot of sense, and is what I have been practicing for quite some time now. Plus...So he's brewing his own coffee at home, which, he said, is cheaper and always fresh.
I'd wait 15 mins for my coffee there!!Time for a new coffee hangout!
I agree, so what I did was stop buying their coffee. I don't know why, but there are plenty of people who enjoy their coffee, and don't even get me started on their "muffins". If he had a problem with their service, go ahead and complain, but if you don't enjoy a product, then stop buying it."It was like brown, burnt water"
The "cream" dispensers are particularly nice!I want my double doubles form there! LOL
Actually, no, the customer is NOT always right. That's a misnomer that people try to abuse.Yes, the customer is always right, but a business is free who to choose as their customers, as long as it's not based on race or other human rights factors.
There are plenty of other people they can choose to do business with.
Fark, most of my customers are wrong most of the time when we have a difference of opinion. But I suck it up because I want their business. Having said that, I have "fired" many of them over the years... always in a nice way, but they were more trouble than they were worth. The customer is NOT always right.
