There are people who are just huge dicks and like to complain because they know , with business, they can. I have had my lawyer issue 12 of those non-trespas orders in my life time. Some people are just stupid or born con artist and always trying to get stuff for free.
if you have a customer who constantly complains and takes so much energy from your staff ban him. It will cost you a few bucks to get the letter but you make your problem become someone else's problem. However, those non trespass orders are hard to enforce. The cops don't really respond.
