CTV has a long history of supporting conservatives. Fox is the polar opposite. And they are very well funded. And, most importantly, they have a long history of editing clips and playing them out of context...CTV does not.
Speaking as someone intimately familiar with CTV news....yes, we do. I mean, I would call this a major mistake that gives the organization a black eye. It is unacceptable. But I don't think it was done with the sole intention of making PP look evil. Not everything is a conspiracy.

If you only knew how few seasoned people are working the weekends at CTV. And, while I am a Liberal, I do try to view things like this from both sides. It isn't always easy. But, in this case, the odds are more about it being a mistake then about it being a malicious slap to PP. And, to be honest, CTV did the right thing in apologizing. As for firing the two....That, I'm not 100% sure about.
