Easy way to find out if there is something wrong with this guy is to do Google searches on name, address, cell phone, home phone. At least you will find out if he is a axe murder or not.

Is it naivety really? If those with legal access to CPIC can be bribed and they can cover there tracks, then crimanal record checks on any individual are possible. This is still illegal.

we want to confront her but can anticipate her not wanting to accept the reality of the situation. i feel if we can do a criminal records check on this fella we would at least have some ammunition in which to confront her. luckily he has told her that he has never been in trouble with the law so if we could prove this to be not true then we would be going in on good ground.

short , sorry dude but i mentioned it would cost alot of money to find things out about him because it will cost alot of money. private investigators charge alot , infact just to put a GPS tail on someones car can cost 2-3 g's depending on the situation.

and spending mucho $$$ dont mean anything if the woman wont listen to you and not spend time with this fellow. Her whole family is already telling her that he is bad news and she still wants to be with him . hopefully the family is wrong and this dude just looks shady and nothing bad does come from this.
