There was many case reported where the virus was spread in a bar, private party, wedding, etc... Not 100% got positive. Between 20 and 80% of the attendance got it. Around 20% in a bar up to around 80 in a private party.
If kissing and heavy panting is invoked, it's probably a 99% chance it's getting passed on. I'll leave 1% for the miracle no transfers.
As for comparing HIV to COVID transfer is like comparing hard candy to chocolate. One is through body fluids and usually a broken membrane or skin for the infected fluid to enter the bloodstream. Very rare to pass on HIV through kissing unless one has had dental work or ruptured skin within the mouth or lips.
