The equals were quite big in the UK for a short span. They actually were quite melodic and.....good. "I get so excited" "baby come back" three hit wonders. Still listenable today

It's a great version, although I don't know if it is better than the original.
I like each of them for different reasons so which I prefer depends on my mood.
