I have to agree. It is the job of the police to enforce the laws. If they refuse, replace them.

If tow truck operators refuse the police requests to remove illegally parked trucks, take away their licenses to operate.

This judge claimed he could have gone either way. I suspect the government will win in an appeal. This will help Justin because if Pee Pee stands up screaming like he usually does, 2/3 of the public was in complete support of the government doing whatever needs to be done. Ford acted on the bridge but begged the Feds to take care of Ottawa and the Libs did just that!

Good, then you also need to realize its a good thing the govt lost. It allows them to reassess their decision and redo the guidlines so civil liberties are not trampled. Its not about politics but about universal rights.

If the Government wins on appeal you set up a govt you don't like to be able to do the same, or even expand the loss of rights. This is a proper check on power that benefits all Canadians.

Stop being a partisan and see the big picture. Calling for violence by govt agencies over what was nuisance(and yes they needed to be removed but not that way) is not a precedent you want to set either.
