I'm a native to Toronto, but I'm unsure how far my native territory goes, because that was prior to amalgamation.
I know that some first nations people near Thunder Bay are native to that area. Are they immigrants when they come to Toronto, after all, the first nations hadn't organized Ontario or Canada as a territory?
I know a first nations person whose parents served in the military in Europe, where he was born. His parents are still over there, but he came back to Canada. Is he a native?
