I visited Club Alpha's West location yesterday and was hugely impressed with their facilities. I found it to be one of the nicest (if not the nicest) facilities in the city.

Only issue is when booking my appointment over the phone, I received their address, but not their Unit number, so it was a challenge finding the location. Luckily, I had my phone to call them for the unit number. So a tip would be when visiting this location for the first time, make sure to get the address AND the unit number!

One feature I liked is the reception person taking the entire fee at the door, as opposed to paying the attendant. In my view, this makes it less awkward with the attendant, and reduces the risk of getting overcharged, etc. I wonder if they have adopted this practice at the downtown location.

Yes, I visited downtown and they have adopted this practice. And I agree it's a very good policy.

If anyone with frequent experience from Club Alpha (West in particular) felt like pm'ing me with some details on what to expect from a first visit, or any recommendations on a hostess to see I would love some info. Lost my regular sp awhile back and the comfort of something regular like a club may be a good fit for me. Past experience has been awkward as I am not super comfortable asking for a menu or anything with no knowledge beforehand.

Cameras don't seem to be a deterrent for these sorts of things unfortunately. I have no problem paying at beginning, tho I've never been asked to

I've been looking for a good and safe massage parlor and club alpha has been recommended, since i'm in the gatineau area. Correct me if i'm wrong but they don't have a Gatineau location correct?

I hesitate to go because it's a club, i'd prefer my encounters to be discreet and my understanding is that there may be other people there before going into a room, so if you could share your experiences, either with west or downtown i'd really appreciate it! (You can dm me if you prefer not to share here)

Highly recommended, all around. yes, you might run into other guys, but they actually work to keep guys' paths from crossing. Personally, I don't think it's a big deal. Just stay away from the lounge.

If you're being very careful, go to the west location (Bells Corners). In both locations the girls check to see if other clients are in the halls before their clients enter/leave, but at the downtown location you're more likely to see someone waiting for/in the elevator going up. The west location it's even less likely to see other clients unless you hang out at the bar. The girls check on the way out that theres no other guy at the entrance, if they see another guy they make you wait until he's gone.

Having been to both locations on a few occasions, I can say that you've accurately detailed the "risks" of seeing other clients. Just as an aside, I used to frequent strip clubs but at the time didn't give one hoot about anyone seeing me. In fact, I often went with friends and made a night out of it. Now, fast forward a few years and I'm totally afraid of running into another guy at a spa. Weird or normal? I don't know.

Just as an aside, I used to frequent strip clubs but at the time didn't give one hoot about anyone seeing me.

Barbarella even had open champagne rooms, people could walk by and see you!

Now, a club alpha girl will hide you behind a corridor bend while she checks to see if the coast is clear. hehe, all good, just think it's funny.

At the downtown location you can always go down the stairs located within the rooms area. That way you avoid meeting anyone coming up the elevator.

But going down the stairs at the downtown location, you run the risk of seeing other office workers in the offices in the lower floors because their offices are open concept and often they leave their stairway doors open. I have seen a few guys looking at me coming down the stairs a few times-kind of awkward.

unfortunately “dine and dashers” or people trying to not pay the full price has been happening all over the city more frequently lately (ex: I worked with a girl a few days ago who had a client pay her $80 less than he was supposed to for the hour session, paid her in 10s and 20s in a folded stack and walked out the door having only paid $120 for an hour) so collecting payment upfront is becoming more and more common not just from spas and clubs with admins, but from girls as well

I think the only time I have not paid up front is when the lady I am meeting is a firecracker and is luring me immediately upon my arrival lol

Non-payment is not a thing for me... nor should it be for anybody. Power to the provider for takin' care of business.
