I did but no answer. Facebook page says it's open, but it's also st. Jean Baptiste so maybe open later? Just don't want to drive that whole way for it to be closed.
I've been on a Saturday afternoon and it has been open. Later in the evening the atmosphere changes a lot to a nightclub type vibe with lots of young people (male and female) and a lot of the daytime girls aren't crazy about that scene.
had a fan-fucking-tastic night at Bar 77 last night. Tons of girls showed up around 10ish, some wild female patrons joined them on stage a bunch of times, great vibe despite police circulating a bunch of the night (was so weird) and had great times in CR with a tiny girl named May and an ebony spinner (forgot her name) who was mindblowing in private. First time there and wont be the last, plus 5 coronas for 30 bucks! jeebus, cant drink cheaper many other places.

I was there on Sunday night and girls were talking about Saturday how crazy it was. Apparently, way to much girls 20+ (maybe more)… and only 10 CR.
I don't like the CR near the stage, since it's looks like a walk of shame when you go to them, but once your inside, you are in your little world, only you and the strippers exist. If you have a good one, you can have a lot of fun

It's smaller than Pigale, but it has, in my opinion, been able to rise above it, a feat I would never have thought possible even just 5 years ago. The patrons tend to be younger, mostly in the evening, where it can get pretty crowded and loud (although during daytime, you get the feeling of a classic strip club, more relaxed and quieter). For some reason, there's also a higher proportion of female patrons than at any other club.

Woah, not typically. I was there Saturday night and while it was a little too crowded with clientele the ladies were eager and stripped down quite often. According to the DJ, it was her very first day at 77. I've seen her previously at Nu Den and, more recently, at Pigale. I'm assuming she's at 77 because Pigale is currently closed. No idea if she'll stay.
