its easy just hire a an assistant for whatever bizz your in and make sure she wants the job bad enough

Think of it as piece work . In her case she was paid for giving a piece rather than making a piece but the concept is the same . The more pieces the more money . The variable is the raw material so when a dick was available she had to make the most of it because some days there is no raw material so you just prepare the work area for the next delivery . BTW SP's aren't always totally honest with clients .
