Theres a difference between posting a bad review after the fact and blackmail.

Do you feel the same way about Trip Adviser or other sites for other businesses? Considering the amount of bad providers/scam artists out there I think this is a very self-serving statement. The advertisers have the right to engage in a no-review policy as well. But to deny the members of this board the right to speak out when a bad date happens is quite frankly against one of the prime purposes of this board.
Feel free to defend yourself against a lowlife that would commit such a heinous act. The members will more than likely do the same on your behalf. But censorship is not the answer. Proper monitoring is.

Cerb has the rule of no bad reviews, and it works tremendously great for cities that use it. Ottawa's sex trade community is really awesome and full of positive supporting people (clients & providers!) There's no nasty, rude people, or competition between girls.

Had a text from a guy asking for my rates today. I gave him my rates and he told me that the going rate is $100 so I continued to tell him to call the other girls then if he wanted that rate, that I do not offer that price. he then told me that He will write a bad review about me. I find this upsetting as I have done nothing wrong . I gave him my donation, simple!! He continued to threaten me 2x and then starts putting me down and saying unflattering things about me.

Not much we can do about these mean guys,seem to be getting more disrespectful by the day!! Just keep your head up girl. xo

We all have varied sense of taste but bad reviews are also rebutted by the member's comments that follow it.

I would jamb it to him Heather. Tell him you will give him that rate...and then direct him to your place ....um....like 50 km in the other direction. when he arrives, give him directions...oh..maybe through the front doors of a church or funeral home.

Sorry about the guy with the threats. Seeing this thread is about 3 months old now and just recently resurrected, I assume nothing ever come of it. Bet this post made it useless for him to try.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but the system shines through, the people who have been with you Heather and know you, they will keep posting positive reviews, and one bad review will stick out like a giant flag saying

"look at this idiot that thinks his one made up review will sway anything since there are MANY more that tell the truth"

Even the trolls that come on here to prattle their banalities are ignored.
