I've seen heather and say...one of the best Indy. At least she didn't have to deal with this douche in person. She's doing a great job with scheduling and replying to every potential client. The pic just reminded me of a long overdue visit.

It wasn't any form of negociating at all; it was an attempt to extort a lower price by threat to do harm (by way of lies, as if the mere threat wasn't bad enough).
To negociate requires two willing parties. When one party says, 'no' it either ends there, or it's up to the other to make a better offer. Unfortunately mere sexual maturity has nothing to do with mental or moral maturity.
Fun-Guy hasn't been made an offer he can't refuse by a Vito Corleone type yet, hee hee.

hi heather sorry to hear that, the same thing has happened to me and the person actually made the post and because of that my phone calls have dropped significantly I think this review thing is bad for business because people could actually use it to black mail. My advise for potential clients please if u like someones profile please give her a call and check her out your self your experience will be totally different then someone else's and don't for get to be respectful at all times, don't for get we are still human
These clients that threaten girls period....including those that threaten with a bad review should be castrated.
Bad reviews if untrue should most certainly be deleted... just as overly good reviews (if untrue, aka shill reviews) should also be deleted, and I believe the mods do a fairly good job at weeding out the BS reviews...
But with all due respect Kellie, "bad reviews", if sincere, should stand. It's one of the reasons the board exists...

Sincere reviews help everyone concerned. A good review by a client can be good advertising for a provider, just as a bad review could help the lady in question improve the things that may have fallen short.

The more honest reviews the better, whether positive or negative, especially by longtime and trusted members. This helps weed out the fake reviews (shills or those with an axe to grind). Nothing is perfect, but with a good number of consistent reviews - one way or the other - one can get a pretty good sense of a provider.
So what consequences should an SP face when she misrepresents herself; or provides poor service; or no shows, after a guy has spent 200-300 bucks, plus his valuable time and travel? Your argument suggests a sense of entitlement to ply your trade and earn a living unfettered by an obligation to provide a desirable level of excellence. Did you really mean precisely what you wrote?
I should qualify this by saying that threats of bad reviews for leverage or revenge of some type are an entirely different matter.
This was discussed years ago and probably a few times since. Back then the lady was defended by everyone. The guy who uses terb as leverage is just a low life ass hole. Just on another note why would any body try to negotiate for an sps service I mean do you actually think your going to get her best game after beating her down in price. I dont know you Heather but Im sorry this happened to you. Dont give it a second thought
